The list now comprises of over 170 occupations, and from that prospective applicants and students can choose to apply for either Information Technology, manufacturing and/or industrial jobs including those of mechanical and electrical engineer ones. Prospective immigrants can work out from which group of SOL list they do belong relevant to their skilled occupation.

The Skilled Occupation List:

Australia currently has various Skilled Occupations Lists (SOLs), of them the short term, medium term and long term skilled occupation lists are the most popular ones. Keeping in view, the Central West region in particular, several employment opportunities await the applicants belonging to IT, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

It should also be noted that to apply for the Temporary Residence visa, the most preferred visa types nowadays is that of Skilled Regional Provisional Visa – Subclass 489. If you want to apply for visa 489, 189 or 190, than an applicant has to meet certain terms and requirements. These include higher skills in education, relevant years of work experience, English language requirements.
