Employer Sponsorship Visas, This scheme (ENS) results in a permanent visa for the sponsored employee. It is a basic pathway for subclass 482 visa holders to qualify for permanent residence, but has a higher skill level than the subclass 482.

There are two major steps involved in this visa. A nomination by an approved Australian employer and an application by the skilled overseas worker. The nomination flow can be any of following:
