Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (7-Star Service!) Highly recommend Rumina and the team at Vision Consultant. My journey with them started all the way back in 2010 when Rumina helped me secure my very first student visa to Australia. That was just the beginning of a life-changing chapter. When I first arrived, I found myself living in the north-west of Melbourne while my university was located far away in the south-east. Facing a massive commute, I reached out to Vision Consultant for help. Rumina stepped in immediately, guided me through the university transfer process, and successfully secured my admission to a campus right in the Melbourne CBD, which made a huge difference in my life. From that point on, Rumina has been by my side through every major milestone—from my Temporary Residency (TR) to Permanent Residency (PR), and all the way to gaining my Australian citizenship. Even now, 16 years later in 2026, she remains the only professional I trust. I recently contacted her to handle my parents' visitor visas, and as always, she provided incredibly professional, efficient, and supportive service. With over 20 years of experience and full MARA licensing, her advice is completely reliable and expert. If you are looking for an education and migration consultant you can trust for the long haul, look no further. This is truly a 7-star consultancy firm!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't thank Rumina enough for her amazing support. My previous migration agent left me halfway through my partner visa application, and Rumina stepped in at the last minute. My visa was due to expire the next day, and she managed to get my Bridging Visa granted just in time. She handled my application with great care and professionalism. My partner visa process started in 2024, and it was granted in 2026. Throughout the process, Immigration only requested updated documents, which shows how well she prepared my application. I highly recommend Rumina to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring migration agent. Thank you so much for everything!
