Temporary Graduate Visa

This visa subclass 485 allows international students to work in Australia after completing 2 years of study in Australia. This visa will enable to extend your stay and improve chances for becoming permanent or provisional residents.

The eligibility criteria for this visa comes with two streams.

The Graduate Work Stream

For the students with qualifications which falls under Medium to long run skill occupation list. (MTSOL)
Visa duration: 18 months

Post- Study Work Stream

For the students with Bachelor’s, Master’s or postgraduate degree holders in Australia.
Visa duration: 2 To 4 years

Basic Requirements to be qualified for this visa

• Your age must be less than 50 years.
• You should have an evidence that you’ve met the English language requirement at the time of visa lodgment.
• Six months before applying, you should meet the Australian study requirement which is 2 years relevant study requirement.
• Must have Health Insurance requirements
• Must meet health and character requirements.

Other qualifying criteria’s
