The Team at Vision Consultants are well trained counsellors to understand students Education and Migration needs. We pride ourselves on understanding the entry requirements with TAFE, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs with Education providers including Professional Year programs.
With expertise from the our Migration Agent (MARA approved Counsellors: 0959879 & 1686482), we take the additional time to understand the clients circumstances and provide the best migration advice and lodgment.
This success comes from experience and ensuring that documentation required is correct, certified and updated. We want to take the pressure from the clients and deliver a positive experience with successful outcomes.
Our consultants have years of experience in placing students to Institutions. Some of our counsellors have also had first hand experience studying and transitioning in Australia.
It is important to engage with our clients to understand their aspirations and field or industry for employment opportunities. We will counsel students to the best courses on offer together to assess their academic achievement from Australian Institutions and their offshore academic grades. Together with this knowledge we aim to place students in the most suited course and institutions for successful graduation outcomes.
After consultation and support, the team will submit required application forms and supporting documents including Academic performance, meeting English Requirements and any other supporting required information. We will facilitate the process and work closely with the Institution in obtaining your Letter of Offer. An Institution may also issue a Conditional offer meaning you need to meet a particular requirement before a full Letter of Offer can be issued. As long as a Letter of offer (or Conditional) is issued, the team can then assist the lodgement to DoHA (Department of Home Affairs) for a student visa with other required document to start the process.
Once the Letter of Offer is accepted, usually the institution will have an Acceptance form that will need to completed and submitted, together with payment of tuition and OSHC arrangements. Your Institution will issue you with an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment). This document is important for your records as it will indicate a unique COE Number that will be linked to your student visa submission. The institution will report this to DoHA (Department of Home Affairs).
The Institution will be in contact in relation to start dates, orientation and other relevant information for our clients to have the best induction and kick off to a great academic start.
Submitting documents for Visa application can be the most confusing part of the process. It is important to have all the right documents and if required, we also provide assistance to prepare our clients with interviews if asked by the department. We can assure you that the team will draw on their experience to lead you for best outcomes.
